First- you need a glass candle holder. They are very easy and cheap. They are less than a dollar each at Walmart. You can also find them at any craft store. You can use a variety of supplies to decorate the candle. I usually use paint, ribbon, buttons, jewels, stickers, fabric butterflies and scrapbook paper flowers. These supplies can be found at michael’s for reasonable prices. When I create the polka dots the end of the paintbrush works well to make perfect size dots. You can find  small boxes/container’s of paper flowers in the sticker/scrapbook section at michael’s. They come in a variety of colors, sizes and patterns. I usually layer them using hot glue to hold them together and glue a button in the center. I usually use the small flame less candles to put inside. They look the best and really look pretty.   The possibilities are really endless, and you can be as creative as you want.
